Spend a week at George Mason University where lacrosse and summer fun come together—then head home each afternoon energized and motivated. Our day camp gives players the opportunity to sharpen their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game they love in a supportive, high-energy environment. Our coaching philosophy centers on confidence, creativity, and fun. Using innovative drills, small-sided games, position-specific training, and team competition, players sharpen their skills and elevate their understanding of the game. By week’s end, campers head home with improved fundamentals, a higher lacrosse IQ, new friendships, and a lasting love of the sport.

Our staff of experienced coaches and college players lead dynamic drills, small-sided games, and team challenges focused on skill development, game strategy, and creative play. Each day is built around quality instruction, repetitions, and competitive play that help campers improve quickly.
Campers break midday to refuel with lunch, then return to the field ready to compete and learn more. Every minute on campus is centered on lacrosse and player development. From learning new plays to competing with new teammates, every day is about getting better, playing hard, and having fun on the field.
