Individual Lacrosse Equipment & Protective Gear

The following items are required for participation in all AYLC lacrosse programs. Goalies are required to have additional protective equipment. AYLC provides all specialized goalie gear. Please feel free to contact the or Commissioners or your child's coach if you have any questions about individual protective equipment.
 

Girls Equipment & Protective Gear

• Required
  • Lacrosse Stick
    • ​Full length for G78 + G56 / Arm's length for G34, G12 + Scoopers
    • Modified Pocket for G34, G12 + Scoopers (only half the ball can be seen below sidewall)
  • Goggles
  • Mouthguard
• Optional (highly recommended)
  • Cleats
  • Gloves (cold weather - do not wear winter gloves)
  • Helmet 

Boys Equipment & Protective Gear

  • Shoulder Pads
  • Elbow / Arm Pads

Arlington Youth Lacrosse Day - TBD, February, 2023

DICK's Sporting Goods (Baileys Cross Roads) is hosting Arlington Youth Lacrosse Weekend in February. Everything including lacrosse equipment & protective gear will be 20% off.  In addition, additional staff and AYLC coaches will be available to discuss equipment and help with sizing.
